גרוזנברג 21 | غروزنبرغ ٢١ | Gruzenberg 21

בית הכנסת ירושלים תוכנן ונבנה בשנים 1922-1926 ע"י האדריכל אלכסנדר אוליצקי בסגנון אקלקטי ושימש בית כנסת ומבנה מגורים. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור וממוקם באזור ההכרזה כאתר מורשת תרבות עולמית על ידי אונסק"ו. במקור תוכנן בניין בן 2 קומות, קומת קרקע ששימשה כבית הכנסת של העדה האשכנזית וקומה אי למגורים ומסחר. תוספת הבניה כוללת שיקום קומה אי שקרסה והוספת קומות למגורים.
העבודות בוצעו בשנים 2016-2019, שימור אדרי גלית חן פרידמן, תכנון אדריכלי אלישע רובין אדריכלים.

The Eclectically Styled Jerusalem synagogue was planned and constructed between 1922 and 1926 by the architect Alexander Ulitzky and served both as a synagogue and residence. The building was designated for preservation under Project 3486 and is situated within Tel Aviv’s White City area, a UNESC0 declared World Cultural Heritage site. The structure was originally two stories high. The ground floor served as a synagogue for the Ashkenazi community, while the first floor was reserved for residential and commercial use. The construction enlargement includes the restoration of the collapsed first floor and the addition of more residential floors.
The construction took place between 2016 and 2019. Conservation Architect: Galit Chen Friedman, Architectural Planning: Elisha Rubin Architects Ltd.

صممه وبناه المهندس المعماري ألكسندر اوليتسكي خلال سنوات ١٩٢٢-١٩٢٦ ، حيث تم تصميمه باسلوب العمارة الانتقائية ليستخدم كنيسة وبناية سكنية تم إعلان البناية للحفظ بموجب خارطة رقم ۳۶۸۹ وتقع في منطقة المدينة البيضاء التي أعلنتها منظمة اليونسكو موقعا للتراث العالمي . كانت البناية في الأصل مكونة من طابقين ، حيث استخدم الطابق الأرضي كنيسة للطائفة الاشكنازية واستخدم الطابق الأول للسكن والتجارة . تشمل إضافة البناء ترميم الطابق الأول بعد انهياره وإضافة طوابق للسكن .
