בית אלכסנדרה טובים, מבנה פינתי שתוכנן ב-1934 על ידי האדריכל נחום זליקנד, נבנה בסגנון בינלאומי ושימש במקור למגורים.
לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור 2650ב’ וממוקם באזור ההכרזה של אונסק"ו.
נפח הבניין מורכב מגושי מגורים המוסטים אחד מהשני. מבנה המרפסות הזיזיות והגגונים יוצרים קומפוזיציה דינמית ומשחקי אור וצל מגוונים ומדגישים את פינות המבנה. המיקום הפינתי חושף את הבניין ל-3 רחובות ומבליט את התלת מימדיות של הגושים והמשחק הקוביסטי ביניהם. בשנת 1995 המבנה עבר הליך של תוספת קומה ושימור על ידי אדר’ דורון פנחס מארכוד אדריכלים.
בשנת 2015 המבנה שוקם על ידי הקבלן אלי בן שלום.

Alexandra Tovim House. A corner building, designed by architect Nahum Zelkind, and built in the international style, this building was originally used for residential purposes. The building was listed for preservation in the 2650 B conservation plan, and is located in the UNESCO declared conservation area.
The interior of the building is comprised of residential wings that face away from one another. The structure of the cantilever balconies and awnings create a dynamic composition and introduce a play of a different shades of light and shadow that highlight the corners of the building. The building’s corner location exposes the building to three streets and emphasizes the three dimensions of the wings and the cubist play between them. In 1995, the building underwent a process to add an extra floor, and it was renovated by architect Doron Pinchas of Arcod Architects.
In 2015, the building was renovated by contractor Eli Ben Shalom

بيت الكسندرا طوبيم مبنى في زاوية الشارع خططه المهندس المعماري ناحوم زليكاند عام ۱۹۳٤ ، بني على الطراز الدولي واستخدم بالأساس للسكن . خدد المبنى للصيانة بحكم برنامج الحفاظ على المباني ٢٦٥٠ ب ، ويقع في منطقة الإعلان من قبل اليونسكو يتكون حجم المبنى من تجمعات سكنية منحرفة عن بعضها . مبنى الشرفات المعلقة المفتوحة وفتحات السقف يُشكل تركيبة ديناميكية وتلاعباً منوعاً في الضوء والظل ويبرز زوايا المبنى . موقع المدني في الزاوية يكشفه على ثلاثة شوارع ويُبرز ثلاثية الأبعاد للمجمعات واللعبة من أركود للهندسة المعمارية التكعيبية بينها . مر المبني عام ١٩٩٥عملية إضافة طابق وصيانة من قبل المهندس المعماري دورون بنحاس رمم المبنى عام ۲۰۱٥ من قبل المقاول إيلي بن شالوم .
