The sign is in the house where cartoonist Dudu Geva lived. Born in Jerusalem (1950-2005).
Dudu Geva, collaborated with Kobi Niv, and together they published books and comic books in the newspapers. The well-known figures of Yosef - the official from the municipality’s water department, Ahlen and Sahalan - the Jerusalem detectives and more. Dudu Geva also created the duck figure, a figure that symbolizes the "loser" (because it is known that the end of a duck is slaughter).
