The sign is in the house where they lived:
Nathan Alterman - poet, publicist - was born in Warsaw (1910-1970), immigrated to Israel in 1925.
One of the most important poets in Israel, he won the Israel Prize for Literature (1968), the Tchernichovsky Prize (twice), the Ruppin Prize and the Bialik Prize.
He was married to Rachel Marcus and the father of Tirza Atar

Rachel Marcus - Theater actress, born in Grodno, Belarus (1912-1985), immigrated to Israel in 1934.
She played mainly at the Cameri Theater in Tel Aviv,
The wife of Nathan Alterman and the mother of Tirza Atar

Tirza Atar - Poet, singer, writer and theater actress - was born in Tel Aviv, Israel (1941-1977).
Winner of the Ze’ev Prize for Children and Youth Literature (1972)
The daughter of Nathan Alterman and Rachel Marcus

In the apartment where the family lived, Alterman wrote his articles and poems here and Tirza Atar was born here.
