בית סווטיצקי
אברהם סווטיצקי היה מראשוני הרוקחים בארץ ישראל. הוא בנה כאן את ביתו ואת בית המרקחת שלו, בשנות ה-20 של המאה ה-20, בעיצוב דומה לזה שבו הוא התגורר באודסה.
הבית תוכנן ועוצב בידי האדריכל נתן בלהם ורעייתו.
בשנת תר"צ (1930) הושכר הבית לבנק אפ"ק (אנגלו פלשתינה קומפני) שהיה משותף לממשלת המנדט הבריטי ולסוכנות היהודית.
לאורך השנים, שכן כאן משרדו של חבר מועצת העיר עו"ד שמואל אמסטר תרס"ח-תשס"ד (1908-2004).
הבית עבר תהליך שימור על-ידי עיריית פתח תקוה בשנת 2011, ומפעילה בו מסגרות יעודיות לנשים.

Svetitsky House
Abraham Svetitsky was one of the first pharmacists in the Land of Israel. He built his home and pharmacy here, in the 1920s, in a design similar to the one where he lived in Odessa.
The house was designed and designed by architect Nathan Belham and his wife.
In 1930, the house was leased to the APEC Bank (Anglo Palestine Company), which was jointly owned by the British Mandate Government and the Jewish Agency.
Throughout the years, here was the office of City Council Attorney Shmuel Amster, 1908-2004 (1908-2004).
The house underwent a conservation process by the Municipality of Petah Tikva in 2011, which operates dedicated women’s plans.
