בית הדפוס
המבנה שנבנה בסוף המאה ה-19, שימש כבית מגורים ראשון למשפחת פישצנר,עד שעברו לביתם החדש, בחזית החלקה לכוון רחוב חובבי ציון.
ב-1932 שכרו את המבנה שמואל גרינבוים ובנו חיים ופתחו בו בית דפוס. בבית הדפוס הדפיסו את החותמת Jaffa על גבי ניירות האריזה ששימשו לעטיפת פרי ההדר שנשלח לחוץ לארץ.
המבנה בנוי מלבני בוץ וקש (אדובה), הקירות הפנימיים בנויים בשיטה הבגדדית, שתי שכבות של לוחות עץ דקים וביניהם מילוי של פסולת אבן ובוץ.
במקום נמצאת מכונת דפוס מקורית מתוצרת גרמניה. מכונת הדפוס עברה שיפוץ על ידי המועצה לשימור אתרי מורשת בישראל.

The printing house
The building, built at the end of the 19th century, served as the first residence for the Fishzner family, until they moved into their new home, in front of the plot facing Hovevei Zion Street.
In 1932, the building was rented by Shmuel Greenbaum and his son Chaim, who opened a printing house there. At the printing house, the Jaffa stamp was printed on the packaging papers used to wrap the citrus fruit sent abroad.
The structure is built of mud and straw bricks (aduba), the interior walls are built in the Baghdad method, two layers of thin wooden boards and between them a filling of stone and mud debris.
There is an original printing machine made in Germany. The printing press has been renovated by the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel.
