מחלבת הכפר
תחילתה של המחלבה בכפר, בצריף קטן "בשכונה הזמנית" שליד "בית הראשונים".
ב-1933 כשהמייסדים עברו לנקודת הקבע הוצב צריף המחלבה ליד באר א’ (בצומת הבאר). מאוחר יותר, בשנים 1937-1938 הוקם מבנה המחלבה מבטון בסמוך למחסן האספקה.
בשנת 1975 הוסב מבנה בית הקירור לתפוחי-אדמה (בעל תקרה מעוגלת), למחלבה החדשה שהייתה גדולה ומשוכללת מקודמתה.
מחלבה זו היתה "לב הכפר" ושֶרתה את רפתני הכפר במשך 30 שנה עד לסגירתה ב 2005.
במחלבה נהגו החברים להיפגש, להחליף מידע ורכילות ולדון על נושאים ברומו של עולם.

The village dairy
The beginning of the dairy in the village, in a small hut "in the temporary neighborhood" next to the "Founders’ House".
In 1933, when the founders moved to the permanent point, the dairy hut was placed near Well A (at the well junction). Later, in the years 1937-1938, a concrete dairy building was erected near the supply warehouse.
In 1975, the building of the cooling house for potatoes (with a rounded ceiling) was converted into the new dairy, which was larger and more sophisticated than its predecessor.
This dairy was the "heart of the village" and served the village dairymen for 30 years until its closure in 2005.
At the dairy, members used to meet, exchange information and gossip and discuss world-wide issues.
