Comments:
One of the bronze plaques erected on Park Ave in Manhattan by artist Greg Le Fabre and depicting historic buildings in the area. The plaques were laid in 1996

On the plaque is a Chrysler building with 77 floors and upon completion of its construction it was the tallest building in the world (after a year the Empire State Building took its premiere).
The building was intended for the car manufacturer Chrysler, which housed its offices from its construction in 1930 and for about 25 years.

The building is on the National Register of Historic Places in the United States.
