המבנה בפינת הרחובות לבונטין ומקווה ישראל תוכנן עבור יעקב בריסו ואברהם ספורטה בשנת 1932 על ידי אדריכל דוד טוביה בסגנון הבינלאומי ושימש למגורים. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור וממוקם באזור הכרזת העיר הלבנה על ידי אונסק"ו. מאפייניו המודרניים של המבנה הם חלון הטרמומטר של חדר המדרגות והקרניזים המדגישים את האופקיות של החזית. יחד עם זאת נעשה שימוש גם במאפיינים של הסגנון האקלקטי, כדוגמת הפרופורציות של החלונות בעלי תריסי כנפי העץ המאורכים.
עבודות השימור ותוספת הבניה בוצעו בין השנים 2015-2018 בתכנון בר אוריין אדריכלים.

This building at the corner of Levontin and Mikve Israel Streets, was designed in 1932 for Yaakov Brisso and Avraham Saporta by architect David Tuvia in the International Style. The building, which served as a residence, was declared for preservation under the Conservation Plan and is located in the White City zone declared by UNESCO. The modern features of the building are the thermometer window of the staircase and the cornices that emphasize the horizontal of the facade. At the same time, Eclectic Style features, such as the proportions of the windows with long wooden wing shutters, were also used.
The conservation work and additional construction were carried out by Bar Orian Architects between the years 2015-2018.
