וילה ג’לאט
נבנה עבור אליאס וקתרין ג’לאט בשנת 1926 על פי תוכניות של האדריכל ספירו ח’ורי פתאסיס. אליאס ג’לאט, איש עסקים ערבי קתולי שימש קונסול כבוד של הונגריה בירושלים. קומתו העליונה של המבנה מעוטרת אריחי קרמיקה ארמנית. על גג המבנה עיטורי פרחים ושיני חומה שצורתם מדמה פרח. בשנת 1948 שוכנו בבניין ילדי "משק מוצא" לאחר שהמוסד המקורי במוצא הופגז בידי הירדנים.

أقيم عام ١٩٢٦ لإلياس وكثرين جلاط بناء على مخطط المهندس المعماري سبيرو خوري . كان جلاط رجل أعمال والقنصل الفخري لدولة المجر . الطابق العلوي مزين بالبلاط الأرمني ، والسطح مزخرف بالزهور .

JALLAT VILLA
Built in 1926 by design of architect Spiro Khouri for Elias and Kathrine Jallat, a businessman and Hungary Honorary Consul. The upper floor is decorated with Armenian tiles and the roof with cement flour decorations.

The sign shape is rectangular but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel
