בית הדין הצבאי
במבנה זה שכן בית הדין הצבאי העליון של שלטונות המנדט הבריטי ובו התקיימו משפטיהם של לוחמי המחתרות העבריות - הגנה אצ"ל ולח’’י. לוחמי המחתרות סירבו להכיר בסמכותו של בית הדין לדון אותם, ודרשו להכיר בהם כשבויי מלחמה. רבים מלוחמי המחתרות שנידונו בבית דין זה נידונו למוות, ועשרה מהם הועלו לגרדום.
לאחר עזיבת הבריטים, שימש המקום כבסיס יציאה לגדוד "מוריה" של חטיבת עציוני. ממנו יצאו לכיבוש דרום העיר ב"מבצע קלשון" ולקרבות שנועדו לבלום את הכוחות המצריים שהתקרבו לרמת רחל.

The Supreme Military Tribunal Building
This building served as the Supreme Military Tribunal headquarters during the British Mandate era where the trails of Haganah, Irgun, and Lehi fighters were conducted.
After the withdrawal of the British Army, the building served "Moria“ Battalion as a base from which they departed to participate in Operation Kilshon in the south of the city and to join the battles of Ramat Rachel.

The sign shape is rectangular but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel

This building served as the Supreme Military Tribunal headquarters during the British Mandate era where the trails of Haganah, Irgun, and Lehi fighters were conducted. The underground fighters refused to recognize the tribunal’s authority to judge them, and demanded that they be recognized as prisoners of war. Many of the underground fighters sentenced in this court were sentenced to death, and ten of them were hanged.
