The English Heritage Trust is a charity that cares for over 400 historical buildings, monuments and other places.

The sign is on the wall of the house where the English comedian Kenneth Williams lived. An actor who appeared in many television series and radio programs, most notably in the Carry On television series.
The sign was placed in 2014 and is found in the Farley Court apartment building where the actor lived during the filming of the series Carry On.
