שדרות ח"ן 38 | جادة حن ٣٨ | Chen Blvd 38

המבנה בפינת הרחובות נצח ישראל ושדרות ח"ן, נבנה ב-1950 ותוכנן על ידי האדריכל יצחק רפופורט בסגנון הבינלאומי ושימש כבית מגורים עבור משפחת אלקון. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור וממוקם באזור הכרזת העיר הלבנה על ידי אונסק"ו. המבנה מאופיין בבניה קבלנית יוקרתית של שנות החמישים שהתבטאה בחדר מדרגות מחופה שיש. מעקה מדרגות מעץ בסגנון מהודר וטיח מסוג "קראצפוץ".
עבודות השימור ותוספת הבניה בוצעו בין השנים 2012-2016 בתכנון בר אוריין אדריכלים.

The building at the corner of Netzach Yisrael and Chen Boulevard was built in 1950, designed by architect Yitzhak Rapaport in the International style. It was originally used for residential purposes by the Alcon family. The building was listed for preservation in the conservation plan, and is located in the UNESCO declared white City conservation zone.
The building features prestigious contracted construction of the 1950’s, characterized by a stairwell with marble walls, decorative wooden banister, and scraped stucco plaster.
Preservation work and building addition were carried out in 2012-2016, designed by Bar Orian architects.

بني المبنى في زاوية الشارعين نتساح يسرائيل وجادة حين عام ١٩٥٠، حيث خططه المهندس المعماري اسحاق ربوبورت على الطراز الدولي واستخدم كمبنى سكني لعائلة الكون. أعلن عن المبنى للحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج ترميم المباني وصيانتها ، ويقع في منطقة الإعلان عن المدينة البيضاء من قبل اليونسكو
يتميز المبنى ببناء مقاول فاخر يعود إلى سنوات الخمسين وينعكس ذلك من خلال غرفة الدرج المكسوة بالرحم ، درابزين الدرج من الخشب بتصميم مزخرف وقصارة من نوع " كراتسفوتس".
نفذت أشغال الصيانة وإضافة البناء بين الأعوام ۲۰۱٦-۲۰۱۲ بتخطيط بار أوريان للهندسة المعمارية.
