מאפייני בריכה אקולוגית
בריכה אקולוגית מקיימת איזון פנימי בין מרכיביה השונים: צמחים, מצעים, דגים ומיקרואורגניזמים, כשכל מרכיב תורם את חלקן למארג החיים.
צמחי המים הם הבסיס לאיזון זה. הם צורכים חומרי הזנה, שבאופן אחר היו נצרכים על ידי אצות, ומחדירים חמצן למים. פעילותם החשובה ביותר נמצאת בבית השורשים, בו נוצר בית גידול למיקרואורגניזמים המפרקים את החומרים המזהמים במים.

הצמחייה מחחלקת לנימפאות וצמחי גדה:
נימפיאות נשירות בגווני וורוד וצהוב, נימפיאות טרופיות פורחות יום בגווני כחול וטרופיות פורחות לילה בלבן ובוורוד.

צמה הגדה בחלקם זקופים כגון: טליה, גומא, סמר, אירוס, בת קלה וקנה וחלקם משתרעים: ספלילה, בקופה ומרסיליאה.
זני הדגים הם דגי זהב, דגי קומט (בכתום ובצהוב) ודגי שובונקין (בלון, שחור וכתום). לדכים אלה מזג שקט ורגוע והם אינם תוקפניים, הם חזקים, שורדים וביכולתם לחיות גם במים קרים.

איכות המים ומאזן החיים בה הכרחיים להצלחת הבריכה ולהשתבחותה עם השנים.
לשם כך אנא הקפידו:
לא לזרוק למים לחם ומוצרי בצק אחרים, מוונות אלו לא מתעכלים בקיבת הדגים ופוגעים באיכות המים.
לא להכניס בעלי חיים נוספים (כגון צבים, או דגים אחרים), אלו יפגעו באיזון הקיים

אין להיכנס למי הבריכה
המים אינם מיועדים לשתיה או רחצה.

Characteristics of an ecological pond
An ecological pond maintains an internal balance between its various components: plants, bed, fish and microorganisms, with each component contributing its part to the fabric of life.
The water plants are the basis of this balance. They consume nutrients, which would otherwise be consumed by algae, and inject oxygen into the water. Their most important activity is found in the house of the roots, where a habitat is created for microorganisms that break down the polluting substances in the water.

The vegetation is divided into nymphs and bank plants:
Deciduous nymphs in shades of pink and yellow, tropical nymphs blooming day in blue shades and tropical nymphs blooming night in white and pink.

Some of the bank plants are upright, such as: Thalia, Cyperus, Juncus, Iris, Calla and Common reed, and some are sprawling: Centella, Water hyssop and Water clover.
The varieties of fish are goldfish, Comet fish (in orange and yellow) and Shubunkin fish (balloon, black and orange). These fish have a quiet and calm temperament and are not aggressive, they are strong, survive and can live even in cold water.

The quality of the water and the balance of life in it are necessary for the success of the pool and its improvement over the years.
To this end, please make sure:
Do not throw bread and other dough products into the water, these are not digested in the stomach of the fish and harm the quality of the water.
Do not bring in additional animals (such as turtles, or other fish), these will harm the existing balance

Do not enter the pool water
The water is not intended for drinking or bathing.
