The plaque near the Jewish cemetery in Prague shows the writer, statesman and publisher Pavel Tigrid (1917-2003), who was one of the most important Czech journalists in exile.
He published the magazine Svědectví (Testimony) whose publishing began in New York, and later his offices moved to Paris.
