בית אדלר נבנה בשנת 1909 כמבנה בן קומה אחת, והוא אחד מ-66 המגרשים המקוריים של אחוזת בית. בשנות ה-20 נוספה הקומה השנייה, ולאחר מכן גם הונמכה החזית לרחוב אחד העם והוסבה ממגורים למסחר, בתכנון האדריכל יוסף טישלר. בית המגורים של איש החינוך יש"י אדלר ואשתו ברכה, הפך מבית שנודע כמרכז לתרבות והוראה לבניין מגורים. במסגרת הפרוייקט אשר כלל תוספת מגדל ושימור המבנים, המבנה פורק לחלוטין והורכב לאחר מס’ שנים עם חלקיו המקוריים בהתאם לתכנונו המקורי תוך שימור פרטי הגמר והחומרים המקוריים.

Adler House was built in 1909 as a one-story building for residence. In the 1920s the second floor was built and then the front was also leveled to Ahad Ha’am Street in the planning of architect Yosef Tischler. The plot on which the Adler house is built is one of the original plots of Ahuzat Bayit. The residence of Education man I.S.Y Adler and his wife Bracheh became a home known as a cultural and teaching center and transform for residential use and commercial. For the purpose of conservation work and the connection of the house to the tower and the parking lot, the building was completely dismantled and assembled after a number of years with original parts in its present form.
Planning and preservation of the building was done by Mibauer Architects and carried out In 2016 by Acro Real Estate

تم إنشاء بيت ليتفنسكي سنة ١٩٠٩ وكان مؤلفا من طابق واحد ، وهو أحد ال ٦٦ قطعة ارض الأصلية التابعة لاحوزات بايت " . وف العشرينات تم اضافة طابق ثان ، تلاه تسوية واجهة البيت بشارع أحد هعام ، مع تحويلها من السكن إلى التجارة ، بناء على تصميم المعمار بوسيف نيشلر . وهكذا تحول منزل الحربي يشاي أدلر وزوجته براخا من بيت اشتهر بكونه مركزا ثقافيا وتعليميا إلى بيت سكني ، وفي إطار المشروع الذي شمل إضافة برج وحفظ المبنى ، تم تفكيك المبني تماما ، وإعادة تأليفه بعد عدة سنوات من أجزاله الأصلية . ووفقا لتصميمه الأصلي المعمار والحفظ " مهلباور استحاليم ، الشهيد ادرو نادلان ، سنة 2016
