"בית נושא חן" נבנה בשנת 1925 כבית מגורים בן שלוש קומות בסגנון האקלקטי התל אביבי, בתכנון האדריכל יוסף ברלין. מיקומו בקרן הרחובות אחד העם ונחמני, גודלו וצורתו העניקו לסביבתו מעין "תפאורה קלאסית", אשר תאמה היטב את הלך הרוחות התל אביבי בשנות ה-20.
בשנים 1987-9 בוצעו במבנה עבודות שיפוץ והסבה למבנה משרדים, לאחר שהוזנח במשך שנים רבות.
עבודות השימור והשחזור של המבנה ההיסטורי כבית מגורים בוצעו ביוזמת חב’ לנוקס השקעות בע"מ והושלמו בסוף שנת 2015.

Noseh Chen House was built for residential purposes as a three story home in the eclectic Tel Aviv style, designed by architect Yosef Berlin. Its location at the junction of AhadHa’am and Nahmani Streets, and its size and shape lent its environment a type of classic décor that matched well with the mood in Tel Aviv in the 1920’s.
In 1987-89, renovations were carried out to convert the building into offices, following many years’ neglect. Preservation and restoration of the historical building back into a residential building was carried out by development company Lenox Investments Ltd, and completed in late 2015.

بني بيت " نوسيه حين " عام ١٩٢٥ كبيت سكني مكون من ثلاثة طوابق على الطراز الأكلكتي المميز لمدينة تل أبيب ، وخططه المهندس المعماري يوسف برلين . موقعه في رأس زاوية شارع إحاد هعام ونحماني ، حجمه وشكله منحا المنطقة المحيطة به " ديكوراً كلاسيكياً " تناسق بشكل جيد مع أجواء تل أبيب في سنوات العشرينات نفذت في المبنى في الأعوام ١٩٨٧-٨٩ أشغال ترميم وتم تحويله إلى مبنى مكاتب بعد إهماله على مدى سنوات عديدة نفذت أشغال ترميم المبنى والحفاظ عليه وإعادة تصميمه التاريخي كبيت سكني بمبادرة شركة لنوكس للاستثمارات مض ، واستكملت في نهاية عام ٢٠١٥ .
