הבית ברח’ טרומפלדור 4-6 תוכנן והוקם בשנות ה-20 המאוחרות ע"י האדריכל יצחק שוורץ כמבנה מגורים בעל 3 קומות בסגנון האקלקטי. המבנה בעל חזיתות מפוארות ועיטורים רבים האופייניים לסגנון שרווח בתל אביב של שנות ה-20. במהלך שנות ה-30’, עם התפתחות המסחר ברחוב הירקון, הוסבה קומת הקרקע ממגורים למסחר, בתכנון האדריכל הנודע פיליפ (פנחס) היט. המבנה מוגדר לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור העירונית. עבודות השימור והשחזור של המבנה והסבתו למלון בתוספת בניה חדשה למגורים, בוצעו ביוזמת אקרופוליס חברה להשקעות בע"מ והושלמו בשנת 2017. העבודות כללו בין היתר שימור מוקפד של חזיתות המבנה וגרם המדרגות הצפוני, שחזור האגף הדרומי שנהרס, שחזור פרטי נגרות ומסגרות מקוריים ואלמנטים מטיח כגון בליטות ועיטורים מסביב לפתחים. אדריכל ראשי: בר אוריין אדריכלים, אדריכל השימור: אמנון בר אור - טל גזית אדריכלים.

The building situated at 4-6 Trumpeldor Street was designed and built in the late 1920’s by Architect Schwartz as a three-floor residential building, in the eclectic style. The building has a heavily decorated façade with ornamentation that characterizes the eclectic building style that was prevalent in Tel Aviv during the 1920’s. In the 1930’s, with the commercial development of the Hayarkon Street, the ground floor was converted from a residential to a commercial space, designed by renowned Architect Phillip (Pinchas) Huett. The building was listed for preservation in the city’s conservation plan. The preservation and restoration, the building’s conversion into a hotel, and the addition of a new residential building, was carried out at the initiative of Acropolis Investment Co. Ltd., and was completed in 2017. In addition work was done on the meticulous preservation of the building facades and the northern staircase, restoration of the demolished south wing, restoration of the details in the woodwork, original frames, and plaster elements such as the overhangs and ornamentation surrounding the openings. خطط وأقام البيت في شارع ترومبيلدور ٤-٦ المهندس المعماري اسحاق شفارتس في سنوات العشرينات كمبنى سكني مكون من 3 طوابق على الطراز الالكتي للميني واجهات فاخرة وزخرفات عديدة مميزة لطراز البناء الأكلكتي الذي ساد في تل أبيب في سنوات العشرينات . خلال سنوات الثلاثينات ، مع تطور التجارة في شارع هيركون تحول الطابق الأرضي من سكني إلى تجاري ، بتخطيط المهندس المعماري الشهير فيليب ( بنحاس ) هيط أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة و الحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج الصيانة البلدي . نفذت اشغال صيانة المبنى واستحداثه وتحويله إلى فندق مع إضافة بناء جديد للسكن ، بمبادرة شركة اكروبوليس ، شركة استثمارات ميض . واستكملت الأشغال عام ٢٠١٧ . شملت الأشغال صيانة واجهات المبنى وسلالم الدرج الشمالي ، استحداث القسم الجنوبي الذي قدم ، استحداث تفاصيل نجارة وأطر أصلية وعناصر من القصارة والمركبات البارزة والزخرفات حول الفتحات ، وكل ذلك بعناية فائقة . المهندس المعماري الرئيسي : بار اوريان للهندسة المعمارية ، المهندس المعماري اللصيانة : أمنون بار اور ـ طال غازيت للهندسة المعمارية
