The sign is in the house where he lived - the translator of the films, Yerushalayim Segal, born in Irkutsk, Russia (1898-1993), immigrated to Israel in 1913.
After immigrating to Israel, he served in the Hebrew battalions of the British army, in their war against the Turks. Later he was one of the founders of the "Haganah" organization.
At the same time he began to translate movies, estimated to be more than 9,000 movies.
