The sign is near the house where Hanna Rovina lived - theater actress - born in Byerazino, Belarus (1888-1980) immigrated to Israel in 1928.
She was called "the first lady of the theater in Israel". Even before immigrating to Israel, she played in the theater "Habima" which had just started operating in Moscow. Upon immigrating to Israel, she played in the "Habima" theater in Israel, until her last days.
She won the Israel Prize for Theater (1956), and many other awards.
