Comments:
Notice that the symbol of the city of Tel Aviv apparently fell, and was placed over the sign

The sign is above the wall of the house where Menachem Avidom lived - composer, born in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine (1908-1995), immigrated to Israel in 1925.
Three years after immigrating to Israel, he went to Paris to study composition, and then spent 3 years teaching in Egypt.
He composed many works, in a modern style but with an oriental influence.
He won the Israel Prize for Music (1961), and the Acum Awards for Music (1962), and the Acum Award for Lifetime Achievement (1982).
He served as CEO of ACUM (Association of Composers, Authors and Publishers), Secretary General of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra and Chairman of the Composers Association.
