The sign is on the wall of the house where they lived:
Mia Arbatova - dancer and choreographer, born in Dribin, Belarus (1911-1990), immigrated to Israel in 1936.
One of the pioneers of classical ballet in Israel, established a ballet studio in Tel Aviv.
She was awarded the title of freewoman of the city of Tel Aviv
In 1943 she married Joseph Goland

Yosef Goland - singer, theater actor, born in Kremenchuk, Ukraine (1907-1973), immigrated to Israel in 1924.
He was one of the first actors in the "HaOhel" theater, he played in the "Hamatate" theater.
Released a number of albums in which he sang, also founded the cabaret theater "AF-Al-Pi"
