דרך יפו 13 | شارع يافا ۱۳ | Jaffa Road 13

בית יצחק גברילוביץ’ מורכב משני מבנים צמודים אשר נבנו בשלבים: בשנת 1911 נבנה הבנין בסמטת בית הבד, ובשנת 1921 נוסף המבנה בדרך יפו. שני המבנים בנויים בצורת האות ח’ וכולאים בתוכם חצר פנימית. הם שימשו כמבני מגורים, מלאכה ותעשיה זעירה עם קומת קרקע מסחרית. האדריכל המקורי של המבנים אינו ידוע. המבנים לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור 2650ב’.
המבנים אופיניים לסגנון האקלקטי והם עתירי פרטים טיפוסיים לתקופה: חלונות, תריסים, קרניזים ומרפסות. הפרטים בשני המבנים דומים אך לכל בנין אופי משלו.
המבנים שומרו בשנת 2016 על פי תכנונו של משרד גל פלג אדריכלים ובביצוע "בוטיק שימור מבנים".

Yitzhak Gavriłowitz House is comprised of two adjacent buildings that were built in two stages: The building on Simtat Beit Habad was constructed in 1911 and in 1921 the building on Jaffa Road was added.
The two buildings constructed in a U-shape, and enclose an internal courtyard. They were used for residential purposes, workshops, and small industries, with a commercial ground floor. The original architect is unknown. The structure was listed for conservation in the 2650B preservation plan.
The buildings are typical of the eclectic style, with details typical of the period: windows, shutters cornicing and balconies. The details in both buildings are similar, but each retains its own character.
The structure was renovated in 2016 by Gal Pereg Architects and Boutique Buildings Preservations.

يتكون بيت يسحق غفريلوفيتش من مبنيين اثنين متلاصقين بنيا على مراحل : عام ۱۹۱۱ بني المبني في زقاق المعصرة ، وعام ۱۹۲۱ أضف المني في طريق بافا . ولقد بنيا على شكل الحرف ח باللغة العبرية وفي داخلها ساحة داخلية . استخدما للسكن ، الحرف والصناعات الصغيرة مع طابق أرضي تجاري . المهندس المعماري الأصلي للتبنيين غير معروف . أعلن عن المبنيين للصيانة والحفاظ عليها بحكم برنامج صيانة المباني ۲٦٥۰ ب . يتميز التبنيان بالطراز الالكتي ويشملان تفاصيل عديدة نموذجية لتلك الفترة : النوافذ ، المصاريع ، الأفاريز والشرفات . تفاصيل المبنيين متشابهة ولكن لكل مبنى طابعه الخاص . تمت صيانة المبنيين عام ۲۰۱٦ بتخطيط مكتب غال بيلغ للهندسة المعمارية وبتنفيذ " بوتيك لصيانة المباني " .
