One sign from the "RED PLAQUES" series, commemorating firefighters who fell on their guard. Fire Brigades Union’s initiative began in 2017

Colin Townsley was one of 31 people who perished in a fire at King’s Cross Underground Station. Colin Townsley was the only firefighter who died in the fire while helping rescue people.
