בית אליהו וידידיה סידס תוכנן ע"י האדריכל אריה כהן בסגנון המודרני ונבנה בשנת 1935. קומתו המסחרית נבנתה שלוש שנים מוקדם יותר בסגנון האקלקטי והוסבה לסגנון מודרני. בבניין פרטים וחומרים האופייניים לאדריכלות המודרנית בתל אביב: הדגש הוריזונטלי, מעקות מרפסות עם חריצים אופקיים ומסגרות סביב הפתחים. פינת הרחובות מודגשת על ידי הקומפוזיציה של החזיתות ועל ידי קיטום הפינה, האופייני לבניה בשכונת פלורנטין. הבניין הוכרז לשימור מרקמי כחלק ממדיניות השימור בשכונת פלורנטין.
המבנה שוקם ושומר בשנת 2023 על פי התכנון של משרד גל פלג אדריכלים.

The Eliyahu and Yedidya Sides House was designed by architect Aryeh Cohen in the modern style and built in 1935. Its commercial floor was actually built three years earlier in the eclectic style and then converted into a modern style. The building has details and materials typical of modern architecture in Tel Aviv: horizontal emphasis, balcony railings with horizontal grooves and frames around the openings. The corner of the street is emphasized by the composition of the facades and by the trimming of the corner, which is characteristic of construction in the Florentine neighborhood. The building was declared for urban fabric preservation as part of the conservation policy in the Florentine neighborhood. The building was restored and preserved in 2023 according to the design of GalPeleg Architects.

خطط المهندس المعماري أربيه كوهن بيت إلياهو ويديديا سيدس على الطراز الحديث وبني عام ۱۹۳۵ . بني طابقه التجاري قبل ذلك بثلاث سنوات على الطراز الأكلكتي وتم تحويله إلى الطراز الحديث يشمل المبنى عناصر ومواد مميزة للهندسة المعمارية الحديثة في تل أبيب إبراز الشكل الأفقي، حواجز درابزين للشرفات مع فتحات أفقية وإطارات حول الفتحات تم إبراز زاوية الشوارع من خلال تكوين الواجهات وبواسطة قطع الزاوية، وهو أمر نموذجي للبناء في حي فلورنتين. تم الإعلان عن المبنى للصيانة والمحافظة على تركيبته كجزء من سياسة الحفاظ على المباني في حي فلورنتين. تم ترميم المبنى والحفاظ عليه وفقاً لتصميم مكتب چال بیلیج مهندسون معماریون
