The sign is located where the "Tiles Field" used to be, the Maccabi Ramat Gan basketball court, as well as the "Green Shack" that was Maccabi’s club, and also its fencing center
The "exhibition" on the building was launched in November 2024 and tells the story of Maccabi Ramat Gan

Therefore with joy shall ye draw water. The well "We found water"!
Two words that made hearts tremble in the early 1930s. The well was dug where we are standing, from which water flowed to the residents of central Ramat-Gan.
From deep in the ground, water was drawn with joy, above the ground - life in abundance.
The complex between the streets; Herzl-Bialik - was then and is today the beating heart of the city: the city hall, the "Citizen’s House" and the city’s book junction - the "Dvir Library".
From Tzomet-Levvi Street - the "Central Bus Station" of Ramat-Gan, the mythical line 55 left for the Central Bus Station in Tel Aviv, and until 2011, 1961, behind the stands of the Maccabi field, the sign "Welcome to the Ohel-Sham Gymnasium" was proudly displayed.
"...the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns..." Jeremiah Chapter 2 Verse 13
