משריונית זחלית זו מתוצרת בריטניה הוסר מקלע ה’ברן’ והותקן בו להביור עם מיכל דלק. כלים אלה נלקחו שלל במלחמת העצמאות מידי הצבא המצרי צה"ל הפעיל נושאות ברן במלחמה זו ועד ראשית שנות החמישים.

The Bren machine gun was removed from this small Universal Carrier, manufactured in Great Britain. In its place, a flamethrower was installed, along with a gas tank. These vehicles were captured from the Egyptian army during the War of Independence. The IDF employed the Bren Carriers in that war and until the early 1950’s.
