טנק שרמן אמריקאי מעודפי מלחמת העולם השנייה, שעבר הסבה לרכב פינוי רפואי. אב הטיפוס המוצג עבר הסבה ע"י סדנת גייסות השריון (650) בשנת 1969. ההסבה כללה את הסרת הצריח, העברת המנוע למרכז הכלי ובניית תא גדול בחלקו האחורי. כלי זה היה בשירות תקופה קצרה בלבד ובעקבותיו נבנו דגמי טנקי פינוי נוספים בצה"ל.

This American Sherman tank was purchased as World War II surplus and was converted into a medical evacuation vehicle. This is the prototype made by the Armored Corps 650 Depot in 1969. The conversion included removing the turret, relocating the engine to the center of the vehicle and creating a large cabin in the rear part. The vehicle served for a short period of time and was followed by additional models of evacuation tanks made by the IDF.
