טנק שרמן אמריקאי מעודפי מלחמת העולם השנייה, שעבר הסבה לרכב פינוי רפואי. ההסבה בוצעה ע"י מפעל השיקום 7100 וכללה את הסרת הצריח, העברת המנוע לחזית הכלי ובניית תא גדול ומרווח בחלק המרכזי והאחורי.
הכלי נטל חלק ניכר בפעולות הפינוי לאורך תעלת סואץ במלחמת ההתשה ובמלחמת יום הכיפורים.

This American Sherman tank was purchased as World War II surplus and converted into a medical evacuation vehicle. The conversion, made by IDF’s 7100 Maintenance and Restoration Center, included removing the turret, relocating the engine to the front of the vehicle and creating a large and spacious cabin in the rear and center of the hull. This MEDEVAC tank was used extensively along the Suez Canal during the War of Attrition and the Yom Kippur War.
