"בית רוזנבליט" תוכנן ע"י האדריכל משה צ’רנר בשנת 1924. הבניין נבנה כמבנה מגורים דו קומתי במתחם בית הכנסת הגדול.
המבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור וממוקם באזור ההכרזה. סגנונו האדריכלי של המבנה הינו אקלקטי - ובא לידי ביטוי בסימטריה, מעקות וקרניזים מעוטרים ופתחים גדולים ואנכיים. בין המבנים האחרים שתכנן אדריכל משה צ’רנר: בית העירייה ברחוב ביאליק 27, "אוהל שם" ברח’ בלפור 30 ומבנים רבים נוספים בלב העיר. המבנה שומר בשנת 2012 על ידי אדריכלית נילי גל מסטר, י.ע.ז בע"מ בניהול רובי פלד.

"Rosenblit House" was designed by architect Cherner in 1924. The building was built as a two floor residential building in the Great Synagogue complex. The building is protected under the conservation plan, and is situated in the conservation zone. The building’s architectural style is eclectic, and this is expressed in its symmetry, its decorated cornicing and railings, and large vertical openings. Other buildings designed by Moshe Cherner include the Municipality building at 27 Biyalik Street, Ohel Shem (Shem’s Tent) at 30 Balfour Street, and many other buildings downtown. خطط المهندس المعماري موشيه نشرتر " بيت روزنبليط " عام ١٩٢٤ . بني المبني على أنه عمارة سكنية مكونة من طابقين في منطقة الكنيس الكبير ، المبنى محفوظ بحكم برنامج حفظ المباني وموجود في منطقة " إعلان اليونسكو " الطراز المعماري للمبنى هواكلكتي " وينعكس ذلك من خلال التماثل الحواجز الحديدية والكرنيز المزين وفتحات كبيرة وعامودية . من بين المباني الأخرى التي خططها المهندس موشيه نشرنر : مبنى البلدية في شارع بيالبك ٢٧ . " أوهل شم " في شارع بلفور ٣٠ وميان عديدة أخرى في قلب المدينة ، أشرفت على ترميم المبنى والحفاظ عليه المهندسة المعمارية نبلي غال مستر عام ٢٠١٦ . ي . ع ز م ض بإدارة روبي ببلد
