במבנה זה, בשיפולי גבעת כורכר במזרח העיר תל־אביב-יפו, הוקמה בשנת 1948 תחנת השידור הראשונה של קול ישראל – תחנת הרדיו הממלכתית של מדינת ישראל. במבנה, שנודע בשם "תחנת תל חיים", נבנו והוסתרו המשדרים שמהם בקע בשידור חי שידור הכרזת העצמאות בצהרי יום שישי, ה’ באייר תש"ח, 14 במאי 1948. המבנה הצנוע, שהוקם בסתר על שרידי בור מים ומבנה חקלאי טמפלרי בינות למטעים נטושים, הוא אבן דרך היסטורית בתולדות שידורי הרדיו הממלכתי במדינת ישראל ועדות מרגשת לתושייה, ליוזמה וליצירתיות הטכנולוגית של מייסדי התחנה וממשיכי דרכם. בשנת 2023 שוקם המבנה והושמש לטובת הציבור הרחב ובפרט הקהילות השכנות, כמרכז תוכן לעולם הרדיו וכבית לסיפורו ההיסטורי. המבנה, שהוכרז כמבנה לשימור בתוכנית תא4245, שוקם בעבור עיריית תל־אביב-יפו באמצעות חברת עזרה ובצרון ובתכנון משרד טובי גל אדריכלים.

In this building, on the slopes of Givat Kurkar in the east of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, the first broadcasting station of Kol Israel - the official State of Israel broadcasting authority - was established in 1948. The building, secretly erected on the ruins of a water cistern and a Templar agricultural building, between abandoned plantations, became known as the "Tel Haim Station" and was where transmitters for live broadcasts were built and hidden. At noon on May 14, 1948, its first official broadcast was David Ben-Gurion reading the Declaration of Independence, a historical milestone in the history of radio broadcasting in the State of Israel and a moving testimony to the resourcefulness, initiative and technological creativity of the founders of the station and their successors. In 2023 the building was reconstructed and opened to the general public as a museum for the world of radio and a home for its history. The building, which was declared for preservation in the cell plan 4245, has been restored for the Municipality of Tel Aviv-Jaffa by Ezra and Bitzaron with planning by Tovi Gal Architects.

في هذا المبنى، على سفوح تلة الكركار شرق مدينة تل أبيب يافا، أقيمت عام ١٩٤٨ محطة البث الأولى لصوت إسرائيل - محطة الإذاعة الرسمية لدولة إسرائيل في هذا المبنى، الذي عُرف لاحقاً باسم "محطة تل حاييم"، تم بناء وإخفاء أجهزة الإرسال التي بث بواسطتها ببث مباشر إعلان الإستقلال ظهيرة يوم الجمعة، ١٤ أيار ١٩٤٨ . أقيم هذا المبنى المتواضع بالخفية على أنقاض بئر ماء ومبنى زراعي تمبلاري بين مزارع مهجورة، وهو معلم تاريخي في تاريخ البث الإذاعي الحكومي في دولة إسرائيل وشهادة مؤثرة على الذكاء والمبادرة والإبداع التكنولوجي لدى مؤسسي المحطة ومن تابع مسيرتهم تـ ترميم المبنى عام ۲۰۲۳ واستخدامه لمصلحة الجمهور وخصوصاً المجتمعات المجاورة، كمركز محتوى العالم الإذاعة ومقر لقصته التاريخية. هذا المبنى الذي أعلن عنه كمبنى يجب الحفاظ عليه ضمن خطة ت / ا ٤٢٤٥ ، تم ترميمه من أجل بلدية تل أبيب - يافا بواسطة شركة عزرا وبصرون، وخططه مكتب طوفي غال مهندسون معماریون

The sign is identical in format to the signs dealing with the White City - a World Heritage Site, and also bears the UNESCO symbols, and World Heritage Sites, even though the building is not within the White City. The text that appears at the bottom of the sign is also "Building for Conservation" and not "Building for Conservation in the White City" (just like other signs, which are not within the White City, but on the other hand do not bear the UNESCO symbols and World Heritage Sites Click for sign's details).

The fact that the UNESCO symbols and World Heritage Sites are on the sign (even if by mistake), leads us to include it in the series of signs "Tel Aviv - The White City - Buildings for Conservation".
