Roni Daniel (1947-2021)
Hapoel Tel Aviv, 1999/2000
Born in Baghdad, Iraq. Journalist, reporter and military commentator.
Immigrated to Israel in 1950, and was educated at Kibbutz Maoz Haim.
In 1965, he enlisted in the 906th Battalion of the Nahal, and fought, among other things, in the Six-Day War and the Yom Kippur War.
He began his career as a reporter for "Kol Israel" in 1971, and until the day he died, he was at the center of journalistic activity in the military field in various media.
He lived in Tel Aviv, and was an ardent fan of Hapoel Tel Aviv, which reached its peak in the 1999/2000 season
