A series of signs placed in 2025 on one of the banks of the Yarkon River, featuring cultural figures, some of whom are still alive, dressed in the uniforms of the football teams they supported. The project was created by Tal Shetach, an illustrator who was himself a football player
Click for sign's details The current sign features Zeev Nechama in the uniform of the Maccabi Tel Aviv football team.
Only two months have passed since the signs were put up, and the signs featuring the "Maccabi Tel Aviv" team have been vandalized, with the team’s name erased from both the sign and the players’ shirts.
For example, see the current sign after the vandalism

Zeev Nechama (b. 1961)
Maccabi Tel Aviv, 1995/96
Born in Tel Aviv. Raised in the Florentin neighborhood. Served as a soldier in the Navy. Began his musical career in 1985 in the band "Moscow", from which his and Tamir Kaliski’s band "Ethnix" developed.
"Ethnix" has been crowned Band of the Year eight times, more than any other Israeli band. Nehama and "Ethnix" also act as music producers, and are responsible for both nurturing great artists, including Eyal Golan, Zehava Ben, Sharon Haziz and more, and for successful albums that released huge hits, including "Without You", "Soldier of Love" and "Look at Me" by Eyal Golan
At the end of the 1995/96 season, after Maccabi Tel Aviv won the championship for the second time in a row, Nehama writes and performs the championship song "Yellow Rising, This Is Maccabi", which becomes an anthem and one of the songs identified with Maccabi Tel Aviv.
