בית אריה לייב ואיטה גרושקביץ
מראשוני הבתים בקריית מוצקין, הבית נבנה בתכנון משרד האדריכלים דוד לסקוב ומרדכי גבעוני, חיפה.
בנייתו החלה ב-1935 והסתיימה ב-1938.
אריה לייב גרושקביץ (1960-1897), כיהן כראש המועצה הנבחר הראשון בין השנים 1958-1941 עוד בחייהם של הבעלים, נתרם הבית לצרכי ציבור.
בשנת 1962 הורחב המבנה בהתאם לתכנית האדריכל שרגא פרדריק רוהטין, חיפה.
בשנים 1993-1965 שימש המבנה כספריה ציבורית, ובשנים 1993-1991 כארכיון היסטורי.
החל משנת 2006, הבית משמש אכסניה לארכיון ולמוזיאון ההיסטורי לתולדות העיר קריית מוצקין - "בית גרושקביץ".

ARYEH LEIB AND ITA GRUSHKEVICE HOUSE
The house, one of the first in Kiryat Motzkin, was designed by architects David Laskow and Mordechai Givony, and built between 1935 and 1938. Aryeh Leib Grushkevice (1897-1960) served as first elected chairman of the Kiryat Motzkin Council (1941-58).
The house was donated by its owners to the city for public use. Initially used as a public library, it later became the city’s Historical Archive.
Since 2006, it houses the City’s Historical Museum.

The sign shape is rectangular but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel

Aryeh Leib and Ita Grushkevice House
One of the first houses in Kiryat Motzkin, the house was built to the design of the architectural firm of David Laskov and Mordechai Givoni, Haifa.
Its construction began in 1935 and was completed in 1938.
Aryeh Leib Grushkevice (1897-1960), served as the first elected head of the council between 1958-1941. While the owners were still alive, the house was donated for public purposes.
In 1962, the building was expanded according to the plan of architect Shraga Frederick Rohatyn, Haifa.
In the years 1993-1965, the building served as a public library, and in the years 1993-1991 as a historical archive.
Since 2006, the house has served as a hostel for the archive and the historical museum of the history of the city of Kiryat Motzkin - "Grushkevice House".
