דוד בן גוריון (1886-1973)
נבחרת ישראל, 1989/90

ראש הממשלה הראשון של מדינת ישראל. נולד בפולנסק (פלונסק), האימפריה הרוסית, בשם דוד יוסף גרין. עלה לארץ בשנת 1906 בעלייה השנייה.

הנהיג את מדינת ישראל כראש הממשלה וכשר הביטחון במשך עשור וחצי, עד שנת 1963, למעט פסק זמן כבן שנתיים, בשנים 1955-1953.

בשנת 1931 נחנך ביתו בתל אביב בשדרות הקרויות על שמו - שדרות בן גוריון. הוא ומשפחתו התגוררו במקום עד שנת 1953, שבה החליטו לקבוע את ביתם בקיבוץ שדה בוקר שבנגב.

A series of signs placed in 2025 on one of the banks of the Yarkon River, featuring cultural figures, some of whom are still alive, dressed in the uniforms of the football teams they supported. The project was created by Tal Shetach, an illustrator who was himself a football player Click for sign's details

In the current sign, Dudu Tassa in the uniform of the Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv football team, with the sponsor being the Elite company.

David Ben-Gurion (1886-1973)
Israeli national team, 1989/90

The first Prime Minister of the State of Israel. Born in Płońsk, Russian Empire, as David Joseph Green. Immigrated to Israel in 1906 during the Second Aliyah.

Led the State of Israel as Prime Minister and Minister of Defense for a decade and a half, until 1963, except for a two-year break in 1953-1955.

In 1931, his house in Tel Aviv was dedicated on the boulevard named after him - Ben-Gurion Boulevard. He and his family lived there until 1953, when they decided to make their home on Kibbutz Sde Boker in the Negev.
