On the sign:

A series of signs placed in 2025 on one of the banks of the Yarkon River, featuring cultural figures, some of whom are still alive, dressed in the uniforms of the football teams they supported. The project was created by Tal Shetach, an illustrator who was himself a football player Click for sign's details

The current sign shows Arik Einstein in the uniform of the Hapoel Tel Aviv football team, at a time when the sponsor was the "Visa" company.

Arik Einstein is the only one to have two signs dedicated to him in this series. A second sign is at the other end of the row of signs Click for sign's details

Translation of the text on the sign:

Arik Einstein (1939-2013)
Hapoel Tel Aviv, 1985/86

Born in Tel Aviv. One of the most prominent and influential artists in Israeli culture, and a symbol for football and sports fans in general, and for Hapoel Tel Aviv fans in particular.

1985/86 was a successful season. The Red Devils won the championship after five years, and Arik released two new albums - one "Made in the Land" with Shem Tov Levi, which was a great success, and the other "Loves to Be at Home" with Mickey Gavrielov, who became an ironclad asset and is perhaps most associated with Arik, for whom there is nothing better than being at home and seeing Hapoel Tel Aviv win the championship.
