בית הרשמן אוריש (אורי) תוכנן על ידי האדריכל א. ירעמיצקי בשלושה שלבים:
א. ב- 1925 קומת קרקע חלקית מצד רח’ יוחנן הסנדלר עד הכניסה מרחוב העבודה בסגנון אקלקטי. ב. ב- 1932 השלמת קומת קרקע, ובניית הקומה הראשונה בסגנון אקלקטי עם סימנים ראשוניים של סגנון בינלאומי - חלון חדר מדרגות ורטיקלי מאורך וחלונות סרט אופקיים בקומה א’. ג. בשנת 1935 נוספה לבניין קומה שניה בסגנון הבינלאומי.
המבנה הוכרז לשימור ג’ במסגרת תכנית "לב העיר" וממוקם באזור ההכרזה כאתר מורשת תרבות עולמית על ידי אונסק"ו. המבנה שומר בשנת 2014 על ידי אדריכל דני רבס, וכלל תוספות בניה של קומה שלישית מלאה ושתי קומות חלקיות.

Orish (Ori) Hirshman House was designed by architect A. Jeremitzky in three stages:
A. In 1925, part of the ground floor on the side of Yohanan HaSandlar Street to the entrance on Ha’Avodah Street in the eclectic style. B. In 1932, the ground floor was completed and the first floor was built in the eclectic style, with the first signs of the international style: a long vertical window in the stairwell and horizontal ribbon windows on the first floor. C. In 1935, the second floor was added in the international style. The building was listed for preservation as part of the Lev Ha’ir project, and is located in the conservation zone, declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
The building was restored in 2014 by architect Danny Revesz, and included the addition of the complete third floor and two extra partial floors. Funded by Domus Investments Ltd.

خطط المهندس المعماري أ. يرعميتسكي بيت هرشمان أوريش (أوري) على ثلاث مراحل :
عام ۱۹٢٥ طابق أرضي جزئي من جهة شارع يوحنان الاسكافي حتى المدخل من شارع هعفودا على الطراز الاكلكتي .
عام ۱۹۳۲ استكمل الطابق الأرضي، وبني الطابق الأول على الطراز الاكلكتي مع مؤشرات أولية للطراز الدولي - نافذة غرفة الدرج عمودية طويلة ونوافذ شريط أفقية في الطابق الأول.
عام ١٩٣٥ أضيف طابق ثان الى المبنى على الطراز الدولي.
أعلن عن المبنى للحفاظ عليه بدرجة ج في إطار برنامج قلب المدينة" ويقع في منطقة الإعلان كموقع تراث عالمي من قبل اليونسكو. أجريت أشغال الحفاظ على المبنى عام ۲۰۱٤ من قبل المهندس المعماري داني ربس، وشملت إضافة بناء طابق ثالث كامل وطابقين جزئيين. المبادر للمشروع: دوموس للمبادرة والاستثمارات م.ض.
