בית הספר תלפיות תוכנן ע"י אדר’ דב הרשקוביץ ונבנה בשנת 1926 כבית ספר עממי לבנות דתיות בסגנון אקלקטי ובגובה של שלוש קומות. המבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית "לב תל אביב" וממוקם בשכונת מרכז בעלי מלאכה באזור החיץ של הכרזת אונסק"ו – "העיר הלבנה" והינו חלק ממתחם ציבורי הכולל מרכז לגיל השלישי. המבנה מורכב משני אגפים נפרדים; האגף הקדמי כולל את מבואת הכניסה הראשית למבנה והינו סימטרי למהלך המדרגות הפנימי, המסות המרכיבות אותו הינן בעלות דגשים אנכיים והוא תואם את מאפייניי תכנון הכניסות למבני הציבור שנבנו באותה תקופה. האגף המשני הינו אגף עם פרופורציות אופקיות יותר ובו קשתות רחבות שימור המבנה התבצע בשנת 2021 באמצעות חברת עזרה ובצרון במסגרת פרויקט שיקום אשכול גני הילדים העבודה הפועל במקום מאז שנות ה-90. אדריכלות: גריל אופנהיים אדריכלים.

The Talpiot School, a three-storey-high elementary school for religious girls, was built in an Eclectic Style in 1926 by the architect Dov Hershkovitz. The building is preserved under the "Lev Tel Aviv" program and is located in the "Craftsmen" neighborhood in the buffer zone of the UNESCO-declared White City and is part of a public complex that includes a center for the elderly. The building consists of two separate wings: the front wing, which includes the main entrance to the building and is symmetrical to the internal staircase. The mass making it up has vertical accents and matches the design characteristics of the entrances to public buildings erected at that time. The secondary wing has more horizontal proportions with wide arches. The building was preserved in 2021 through Ezra U-bitzaron company as part of the project to rehabilitate the kindergarten cluster that has been operating on the site since the 1990s. بنى المهندس المعماري دوف هر شكوفيتس مدرسة تلبيوت عام ۱۹۲٦ كمدرسة عامة للفتيات المتدينات على الطراز الاكلكتي، وبلغ ارتفاعها ثلاثة طوابق. صيانة المبنى والحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج "قلب" تل أبيب"، ويقع في حي مركز أصحاب الحرف في المنطقة الفاصلة لإعلان اليونسكو عن "المدينة البيضاء" وهو قسم من منطقة عامة تشمل مركزاً للجيل الثالث. يتكون المبنى من جناحين منفصلين، الجناح الأمامي الذي يشمل فناء المدخل الرئيسي للمبنى وهو متماثل مع اتجاه الدرج الداخلي، والكتل التي تشكله ذات مواصفات عامودية وهو يلائم مميزات تخطيط مداخل المباني العامة التي بنيت في تلك الفترة. الجناح الثانوي هو قسم ذو أبعاد أفقية أكثر وفيه أقواس واسعة. تمت صيانة المبنى عام ۲۰۲۱ بواسطة شركة "عزرا وبصرون" في إطار مشروع ترميم مجموعة حدائق الأطفال الذي يجرى في الموقع منذ سنوات التسعينيات الهندسة المعمارية: غريل أوبينهايم مهندسون معماریون
