Comments:
The monument bears the names of the residents of Rishon LeZion who were victims of terrorist attacks, both before and after the establishment of the State of Israel.
It also includes those who were not harmed in attacks that took place in Rishon LeZion or its surroundings, but in other cities as well.

On the four sides of the cube that makes up the monument, the inscription reads:
"In memory of the terror victims, may God avenge their blood" (לזכר נרצחי הטרור הי"ד) (the photographed side contains the word "terror" (טרור)).
Metal plaques on the monument display the names of the victims.
