הירנפיין, הולנד
הירנפיין נוסדה ב-1551 ע"י שלושה מבני המקום שהפיקו כבול וסחרו בו. במהלך השנים הביא המסחר בכבול לשגשוג והתפתחות התעשיה באזור.
הירנפיין עיר קטנה מיוחדת בצפון הולנד, השוכנת על אם הדרך של שני כבישים ראשיים המחברים בין מזרח-מערב-דרום-צפון וגם לצפון גרמניה וארצות סקנדינביה.
התעשיות הרבות בעיר הופכות את הירנפיין למרכז מסחרי חשוב, לא רק עבור העיר עצמה אלא עבור דרום-מזרח מחוז פריסלנד. הירנפיין נמצאת כשעה נסיעה מאמסטרדם ומאחר והיא נגישה מאד דרך היבשה והים, היא מהווה מקום נופש לרבים במיוחד לאוהבי ספורט ובו רחבה של 400 מי להחלקה על הקרח, הפך לשם דבר ולאטרקציה עולמית.

HEERENVEEN NETHERLANDS
Heerenveen is a special city in the Netherlands, was founded in 1551 by three entrepreneurs who began digging up peat in the region.
The city is located at the crossroads of two major Dutch highways connecting the eastern part of the Netherlands to the westert part and the south to the north - and to the northern Germany are the Scandinavian countries. A little more than an hour’s drive from Amsterdam, Heerenveen is also easily accessible by water and rail.
As a result, highway, waterway and railway make Heerenveen more attractive for recreation-minded and sports minded enthusiast who know some of what Heerenveen has to offer
Numerous industries make Heerenveen an important commercial center not only for the city itself but also for the entire southeastern region of the province of Friesland. The city sports Club and Recreation Center was the first world wide to house 400 meter ice skating ring.

In the park, there are plots for the Sister cities of the city of Rishon Lezion, with a plot depicting the Sister city in each plot, and a display corresponding to the city.
