בית שמולביץ’, בבורוכוב 9 פינת פרץ חיות 22, תוכנן למגורים על ידי המהנדס והאדריכל מרדכי רוזנגרטן ונבנה בשנת 1935 בסגנון הבינלאומי. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תוכנית "לב העיר" וממוקם באיזור העיר הלבנה שהוכרזה ב-2003 על ידי אונסקו כאתר מורשת עולמי. פינת המבנה שבקרן הרחובות מודגשת במסה מעוגלת. למנסרת חדר המדרגות חלונות עגולים והיא מהווה אלמנט הפרדה בין שני אגפי המבנה הא-סימטריים המתאפיינים בהדגשות אופקיות של גגוני בטון מעל הפתחים ובמרפסות זיזיות עם מעקה בנוי. במסגרת עבודת השיקום שומרו חזיתות המבנה ונוספו 2 קומות וקומת גג חלקית בנסיגה מקו החזית.

The Shmulevich House, at Borochov 9, corner of Peretz Hayut 22, was designed as a residence by the engineer and architect Mordechai Rosengarten and was built in 1935 in the International Style. The building was declared for conservation under the "Heart of the City" program and is located in the White City area declared in 2003 by UNESCO as a World Heritage site. At the intersection of the two streets, the building is characterized as a curved mass. The stairwell has round windows and serves a separation element between the two asymmetrical wings of the building. These are highlighted by horizontal emphases of concrete awnings above the openings and sliding-door balcon es with railings. As part of the restoration work, the facades of the building were preserved, and two floors and a partial roof floor slightly further back from the façade, were added. خطط المهندس المدني والمعماري مورديخاي روز نغرتن بيت شموليفيتش، في بوروخوف ۹ زاوية بيريتس حيوت ۲۲ ، وبني عام ۱۹۳۵ على الطراز الدولي. أ من عن المبنى للحفظ والصيانة بحكم برنامج قلب المدينة" ويقع في منطقة المدينة البيضاء التي أعلن عنها اليونسكو موقع تراث عالمي عام ۲۰۰۳ . زاوية البنى في زاوية التقاء الشارعين بارزة بكتلة بناء دائرية. توجد نوافذ دائرية في غرفة الدرج التي على شكل منشور، وتشكل عنصر فصل بين القسمين خير المتماثلين للمبنى واللذين يتميزان بإبراز أفقي لأسقف من الاسمنت فوق الفتحات وشرفات بارزة ذات حاجز درابزين مبني تم الحفاظ على واجهات المبي في إطار أشغال الترميم، وأضيف إليه طابقان وطابق جزئي على السطح يتراجع نحو الخلف عن خط الواجهة.
