JIMI #HERO
Folajimi Olubunmi-Adewole, a resident of Southwark, lived in Bermondsey. He supported a number of local charities and was committed to helping others.
On 24 April 2021 he selflessly and bravely jumped from this place into the River Thames to rescue a woman who had fallen from London Bridge.
Tragically he did not survive whilst attempting to save another. May his selfless courage, kindness and positivity be an inspiration to us all
