פה נפל חייל האצ"ל יצחק בילו ז"ל,
ביום כ"ב בניסן תש"ו (23.4.1946), במהלך פעולת הסחה שנועדה למנועה הגעתה של תגבורת בריטית למשטרת רמת גן, שאותה תקפו באותה עת לוחמי אצ"ל לשם החרמת נשק ותחמושת.
בילו ז"ל השתטח על רימון שהושלך, ובכך הקריב את חייו והציל את חבריו.

The Etzel fighter, Yizchak Bilu,
was killed here on April 23, 1946 when trying to distract British ttoops while other Etzel members raided the Ramat Gan Police station in order to seize weapons and ammunition.
Bilu threw himself on a grenade that exploded, saving the lives of two comrades.
