בית משפחת גולדצוויג
בית משפחת גולדצוויג: שושנה (לבית ויינר) ובן-ציון שהיה מורה בבית הספר "תחכמוני".
הבית שתוכנן ע"י האדריכל פריץ קורנברג ונבנה ב-1923, משמר את תפישת התכנון המקורית של בית-הכרם כשכונת גנים. הוא עומד במעלה המגרש, וסביבו עצי פרי, אורנים וברושים.
הבת, ד"ר מרים שילה, בעלה פרופסור משה שילה ומשפחתם התגוררו בחלוץ 38 שנים רבות.

منزل عائلة غولد تسفايغ
منزل شوشانا من عائلة فاينير وين صيون غولد تسفايغ الذي كان معلنا في مدرسة تحكموني للأولاد المتدينين، من أوائل البيوت في بيت هَكرم وتم بناءه عام ۱۹۲۳ بتصميم المهندس المعماري فريتس كوريبيرغ من البيوت القليلة التي لم تزل تحتفظ بجو أيامها كحي الحدائق. أقيم المنزل في الجزء العلوي من قطعة الأرض والأشجار حواليه سكن هنا سنوات عديدة عائلة البنت د. مريم وزوجها بروفسور موشي.

GOLDZWEIG FAMILY HOME
The home of Shoshana Weiner-Goldzweig and Ben-Zion Goldzweig, who was a teacher in Tachkemoni school. This is one of the few remaining houses that have preserved the original Garden-quarter concept of Beit-Hakerem. Designed by the architect Fritz Kornberg and built in 1923, the house stands on the higher part of the lot, surrounded by fruit trees, plnes and sycamores.

The sign shape is rectangular but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel
