The sign is on the fence of the house where Shmulik Segal lived - a theater and film actor, born in Zolochiv, Ukraine (1924-1997), immigrated to Israel in 1933.
He played in the Habima Theater, and was part of the trio "The Three Shmuiks" that performed mainly in Yiddish.
