נבנה ב-1934 בסגנון ה"באוהאוס" ע"י רבקה (ריבה) ויוסף אפרתי, שהגיעו למושבה בשנות ה-20 והיו ממקימיה.

יוסף (1902-1974) היה מחלוצי "אגד", פעיל ב"הגנה" ואף ביצע את החריש הראשון בהרצליה.

ורבקה (1908-1975) בלטה בחיי התרבות ובהתנדבות ב"מגן דוד אדום" וב"הגנה".

The first multi-story in Herzliya
Built in 1934 in the Bauhaus style by Rebecca (Riva) and Joseph Efrati, who came to the colony in the 1920s and were one of its founders.

Joseph (1902-1974) was one of the pioneers of Egged, active in the Hagana and even performed the first plowing in Herzliya.

And Rebecca (1908-1975) stood out in cultural life and volunteering at "Magen David Adom" and "Hagana".
