The English Heritage Trust is a charity that cares for over 400 historical buildings, monuments and other places.
The sign is located where Ethel Gordon Fenwick - a nurse who worked hard to define the "nurse" profession. She was president of the International Council of Nurses, owner and editor-in-chief of the The British Journal of Nursing and worked to enact laws establishing the profession of "nurse".
