Comments:
Part of the "Stolpersteine" (stumbling blocks) project, set up by the German artist Gunter Demnig, who commemorates the victims of the Nazis. The signs are usually placed in front of the houses of the victims.

In the city of Salzburg, the project was carried out with the assistance of the Salzburg Municipality, and currently there are close to 400 such memorial plaques.
