Comments:
One of the bronze plaques erected on Park Ave in Manhattan by artist Greg Le Fabre and depicting historic buildings in the area. The plaques were laid in 1996

On the plaque is a skyscraper also called the Philip Morris Building after the cigarette company whose offices were located. The building is 26 stories high, and relative to the other buildings in this collection is fairly new (construction began in 1982 and ended in 1983).
