בשנות השלושים המבנה שימש כביתה של חברת "הנוטע". מאוחר יותר שכנה בו ועדת הכפר, אשר ניהלה את המושבה מראשיתה. המבנה שימש גם את בית הדואר הראשון והיה בו גם מחסן נשק.

Bank Leumi
In the 1930s, the building served as the home of the "HaNotea" company. It was later home to the village committee, which had run the colony since its inception. The building also served as the first post office and also housed a weapons depot.
